1. About Lineara

Lineara is an estate organisation and heritage services provider based at 28 Klang Mueang Road, Nai Mueang, Khon Kaen 40000, Thailand. We offer structured educational workshops and learning packs designed to help individuals and families organise personal documents and record family histories. Our services are educational in nature and do not constitute legal, financial, or professional advisory services.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for a programme, purchasing a learning pack, or using our website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not proceed with registration or use of our services.

3. Eligibility

Our programmes are open to individuals aged 18 and over. By registering, you confirm that you are of eligible age. We reserve the right to decline registration where we reasonably believe this condition is not met.

4. Services Description

Lineara currently offers the following programmes:

• Inheritance FAQ Learning Pack (฿3,500): A structured educational pack providing general information about how inheritance processes typically work, with reference to official sources. This is general educational content only and does not constitute legal advice.
• Document Sorting Workshop (฿11,000): A hands-on workshop teaching a repeatable system for sorting and labelling personal documents. Includes templates and a checklist for personal use. This is an organisational support service only.
• Family Legacy Workshop (฿24,500): A multi-session workshop helping participants record memories, values, and personal messages for their families. A heritage and writing activity with guided prompts and keepsake materials. Not a formal document preparation service.

Service details, schedules, and availability are subject to change. We will communicate any changes to registered participants in a timely manner.

5. Bookings and Payment

To confirm a place in a programme, full payment must be received at the time of registration. Places are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. We will send a booking confirmation to the email address you provide upon receipt of payment.

All prices are quoted in Thai Baht (฿). Where applicable, prices include VAT in accordance with Thai tax regulations. Payment methods accepted will be communicated at the time of booking.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

We understand that circumstances change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

• More than 14 days before the programme date: Full refund of the amount paid.
• Between 7 and 14 days before the programme date: 50% refund of the amount paid.
• Less than 7 days before the programme date: No refund. However, you may transfer your registration to a future session of the same programme, subject to availability. One transfer per registration is permitted.

Cancellations must be submitted in writing to [email protected]. The date of cancellation is the date we receive your written notice.

In the event that Lineara cancels a programme, all registered participants will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to a rescheduled session.

7. Programme Changes

Lineara reserves the right to make reasonable changes to programme content, format, venue, or facilitators. We will give as much notice as possible of any material changes. Where a change significantly affects the nature of the programme you registered for, you may cancel and receive a full refund.

8. Intellectual Property

All materials provided as part of Lineara programmes — including handouts, templates, checklists, and digital resources — are for the personal use of registered participants only. They may not be reproduced, distributed, shared with third parties, or used for commercial purposes without the prior written consent of Lineara.

All content on this website, including text, images, and layout, is the property of Lineara and may not be reproduced without permission.

9. Nature of Services — Important Notice

Lineara's programmes are educational and organisational in nature. We do not provide legal advice, financial advice, tax advice, or any other form of regulated professional advisory service. Nothing in our programmes, materials, or website should be interpreted as professional advice specific to your personal circumstances.

For any matters requiring formal guidance — such as estate administration, inheritance, property transfer, or tax planning — please consult a suitably qualified and licensed professional in the relevant field.

10. Participant Conduct

All participants are expected to engage respectfully with facilitators and fellow attendees. Lineara reserves the right to ask a participant to leave a session if their conduct is disruptive or disrespectful to others. In such cases, no refund will be provided.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Thai law, Lineara's liability to you in connection with our programmes and services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific programme in question. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from your participation in our programmes or use of our materials.

We do not accept liability for decisions you make based on educational content provided in our programmes. Any action you take following a Lineara programme is your own responsibility.

12. Privacy

We handle your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions.

13. Cookies

Our use of cookies is described in our Cookie Policy.

14. Website Use

You may use our website for lawful purposes only. You must not use the website in a way that disrupts its operation, attempts to gain unauthorised access to any part of it, or transmits harmful or unlawful content. We reserve the right to restrict access to the website without notice.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Thailand.
